The final outing of 2025 was to Duffy’s Circus on 18th December. This was our second visit of the year and it proved to be extremely popular, with one member even flying in from Germany for it.
There was also a contingent from Dublin Camera Club, who were having their first outing to the circus.
As before, we had about an hour to photograph performers as they warmed up and we took to our seats just as the public began to arrive.
Although it was only two months since our previous visit, pretty much all the routines had changed as had a number of the performers.
The finale however, was still the amazing Duffy brothers on their Wheel of Death, which is incredibly impressive to watch but fairly challenging to photograph.
It was a hugely entertaining evening and everyone left with full memory cards and a promise to return.
