On a bitterly cold morning 9 members assembled at Colliemore Harbour for the start of a day dedicated (and lead by Peter Gordon) to the control of dynamic range with the use of ND filters.
After an initial shot we adjourned to the warmth of the Talbot Hotel for further instruction in HDR and luminosity blending and then out into the elements again.
At Booterstown we put into effect what we had learned. The sunrise and sunset were a disappointment but we all learned so much from Peter’s expert and informed instruction delivered with his usual panache.
