A dozen members enjoyed a visit to Knocksink Woods on Monday evening 19th August. We walked both banks of the Glencullen River where shots were taken from both bank and water’s edge.
The wild nature of the woods is an appealing feature with many fallen trees and mossy areas. Heavy shadow and dappled sunlight were the main
challenges but the weather was kind to us.
Some members finished the evening with a visit to the Powerscourt Hotel.
