Within 5km of Cabinteely lies a wealth of history and we set out to visit a small percentage of this covering 3000 years. In the process we literally spilt blood and sweat to record our efforts.
And we (Mike Smith, Frank Gaughan, Robbie O’Leary, Richard Boyle, Debbie McHugh, Tom Murphy & Neil Wilson) only scratched the surface of what is all around us.
